Please read this in Conjunction with our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
1.1 We offer the following Delivery methods that you as a customer choose during the Checkout process:
1.1.1 "Standard UK" - the cost is £1.99 available for United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man. Goods will be delivered in up to 5 working days from date of the Order.
1.1.2 "Express UK" - the cost is £7.99, available for United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man. Goods will be delivered in up to 2 working days from date of the Order.
1.1.3 "International Shipping" - the cost is £11.99, available in all other Countries that are not named in the above sections. Goods will be delivered in up to 10 working days from date of the Order.
1.2 Please note that during busy periods (such as Christmas) it may take 3-5 days to process the Order.
1.3 Should there be a delay caused by Events Outside of our Control, please refer to Clause 7 in Terms & Conditions of Sale www.ecohabit.shop/terms-conditions.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
2.1 By law, We must provide goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described at the time of purchase, in accordance with any pre-contract information We have provided, and that match any samples or models that you have seen or examined (unless We have made you aware of any differences). If any Goods you have purchased do not comply and, for example, have faults or are damaged when you receive them, or if you receive incorrect (or incorrectly priced) Goods, please contact Eco Habit Handmade Ltd by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the Goods to inform Us of the fault, damage or error, and to arrange for a refund, repair or replacement. Your available remedies will be as follows:
2.1.1 Beginning on the day that you receive the Goods you have a 14 calendar day right to reject the Goods and to receive a full refund if they do not conform as stated above.
2.1.2 If you do not wish to reject the Goods within 14 calendar days, or if the 14 calendar day rejection period has expired, you will not be able to claim any of your money back.
2.3 To return Goods to Us for any reason under this Clause 2, please contact Us at email@example.com quoting your order number and informing us of the reason for return. It will be your sole responsibility to pay the full postage for the return of all Goods to us.
2.4 Refunds (whether full or partial, including reductions in price) under this Clause 2 will be issued within 14 calendar days of the day on which We agree that you are entitled to the refund.
2.5 Any and all refunds issued under this Clause 2 will exclude all delivery costs paid by you when the Goods were originally purchased.
2.6 Refunds under this Clause 2 will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the Goods.
2.7 Refunds will only be possible for Goods that are Unopened and Unused.
2.7 For further information on your rights as a consumer, please contact your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
3. Cancelling and Returning Goods if You Change Your Mind
3.1 If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to a “cooling-off” period within which you can cancel the Contract for any reason. This period begins once your Order is complete and We have sent you your Order Confirmation, i.e. when the Contract between you and Us is formed. You may also cancel for any reason before We send the Order Confirmation.
3.1.1 If the Goods are being delivered to you in a single instalment (whether single or multiple items), the legal cooling-off period ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you (or someone you nominate) receive(s) the Goods.
3.2 If you wish to exercise your right to cancel under this Clause 3, you must inform Us of your decision within the cooling-off period. You may do so by email at firstname.lastname@example.org providing Us with your name, address, email address, telephone number, and Order Number.
3.3 Please note that you lose your legal right to cancel under this Clause 3 in the following circumstances:
3.3.1 If you have unsealed the Goods after receiving them;
3.3.2 If the Goods have been used.
3.4 Please ensure that you return Goods to Us no more than 14 calendar days after the day on which you have informed Us that you wish to cancel under this Clause 3.
3.5 Refunds under this Clause 3 will be issued to you within 14 calendar days of the following:
3.5.1 The day on which We receive the Goods back; or
3.5.2 The day on which you inform Us (supplying evidence) that you have sent the Goods back (if this is earlier than the day under sub-Clause 3.5.1).
3.6 Refunds under this Clause 3 may be subject to deductions in the following circumstances:
3.6.1 Refunds may be reduced for any diminished value in the Goods resulting from your excessive handling of them (e.g. no more than would be permitted in a shop). Please note that if We issue a refund before We have received the Goods and have had a chance to inspect them, We may subsequently charge you an appropriate sum if We find that the Goods have been handled excessively.
3.7 Refunds under this Clause 3 will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the Goods.
